Connecting your social media accounts will give you the biggest bang for your buck point-wise, but it's only a one-time bonus. Attending Long Center events (and coming early) as well as interacting with us on social media is the best way to accumulate the most points.
Long Center Rewards points do not expire.

You can connect Long Center Rewards to your social media accounts in the app either when you first join, or later by tapping the info button (the small "i" icon next to your point total directly underneath your name in the app). You can also connect your social media accounts on the rewards website by logging in and navigating to your profile page.

If you're having trouble connecting your Instagram account check and see if your account is set to private. In order to connect you must set your account to public.
Connecting your ticketing account will allow you to earn points for all Long Center Presents ticket purchases you make! In order to connect your account you'll need to enter your Member ID in the app or on your profile page. Bluetooth beacons are devices that Long Center Rewards uses to communicate with nearby smart devices. Paired with the Rewards app, we are able to check in users (for points) and deliver contextually relevant content and information to users at very specific locations.

Long Center Rewards is an exclusive program benefiting Long Center Patrons and Fans. The Long Center may, in its sole discretion, modify or terminate Long Center Rewards and any account(s) within the program at any time without notice; The Long Center having no obligation for any outstanding points or unredeemed prizes. No purchase necessary. Participation in the Long Center Rewards Program constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these official rules and conditions (“Promotion Rules”), which are final on all matters relating to the Promotion. A. How to Enter: a. Register at rewards.thelongcenter.org by creating a user profile (user name, valid email address, and valid phone number are required. Only one (1) profile per person shall be accepted. b. Registered profiles described above shall be referred to collectively herein as “Entries”. B. Deadlines: a. the final entry deadline will be based on time lines listed on each individual sweepstakes prize. Item prizes redemption deadline will be three (3) months from the end of the sweepstakes. C. Who Can Play: a. Promotion is open to people age eighteen (18) years of age or older (“Entrants”), except employees and immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of The Long Center for the Performing Arts. Some prizes are limited to people age twenty-one (21) years of age or older and will be specified in the Prize Store explanation. D. Game: a. Entrants at rewards.thelongcenter.org earn points through social media sharing and event attendance. Entrants then can use these points in the official Reward store located at rewards.thelongcenter.org. There are two (2) options of rewards for Entrants to use their points: Promotion Rewards and Item Rewards. i. Promotion rewards will be randomly drawn by computer form all entrants throughout the year. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone call. ii. Item rewards can be redeemed at any time an Entrant as accrued enough points to reach the published point levels for redemption. An email with confirmation and redemption information will be sent to the Entrant upon claim. E. Rewards: a. Promotion Rewards i. Promotion Rewards will be added throughout the year and an updated version of these rules will be uploaded to rewards.soonersports.com with rules and regulations associated with each new prize. b. Item Rewards: i. Item rewards can be redeemed by Entrants when they have accrued enough points for redemption through the Rewards Store at rewards.soonersports.com. ii. Item rewards and point levels for redemption can be changed at any time. iii. Student rewards must be redeemed at the 3M Long Center Box Office during hours of business, and as arranged by phone or email with members of The Long Center Box Office staff. F. Additional rules and explanations: a. No fee is necessary to participate. b. Promotion void where prohibited by law. c. Participation void where prohibited by law. d. Redeemed Rewards are non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. e. Winners of rewards are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. f. Chances of winning are dependent on number of Entries received prior to Promotion End Date. h. By entering, Entrant agrees to follow the Promotion Rules and Release, hold harmless and indemnify The Long Center, and each of their respective officers, employees and agents in their official and individual capacities (collectively, the “Released Parties”) against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of (i) the Promotion , including entrant’s participation and The Long Center’s administration of the Promotion ; (ii) the receipt or use of the Rewards awarded in the Promotion , and (iii) any rights or claims related to libel, false light, rights of privacy and/or publicity or confidentiality. i. By entering the Promotion, and whether or not Entrant wins a Reward in the Promotion, each Entrant grants to the Released Parties the right to the use of his or her name, likeness or photograph without compensation or further authorization in any publicity or for promotional purposes carried out by the Released Parties. j. Personal information collected through this web site may be used by The Long Center to communicate with you, register you as a user, allow purchasing and shipping of tickets, subscriptions, memberships and/or merchandise, enable you to participate in special promotions and to navigate the web site without having to re-enter information. The information collected will be used to maintain compliance with applicable laws and as otherwise provided in this privacy policy. We may occasionally make personal information available to select other organizations, including but not limited to, non-profit arts organizations, affiliated organizations, agents working on our behalf, or other organizations with whom we have a contractual or sponsor relationship. We may also provide aggregated data to these and other organizations. Although we may make reasonable inquiries to determine that such other organizations maintain web site privacy policies comparable to ours, we are not responsible for the enforcement of such policies. If you provide your email address, mailing address or telephone number, The Long Center may also use your personal information to contact you regarding special offers from The Long Center, updated information about The Long Center or the Long Center web site, and new services offered by The Long Center. If you wish to be removed from these contact lists, you may do so by contacting us. k. The Long Center reserves the right to substitute Rewards of equal or greater value and/or to terminate, modify or withdraw any Promotion , in whole or in part (including altering the manner in which the Rewards are distributed), at any time, without prior notice for any reason including, but not limited to, the delay or cancellation of a Long Center athletic events or, if viruses, bugs, tampering or other causes beyond The Long Center’s control affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of the Promotion. Further, The Long Center reserves the right to disqualify any person and void any Entry of that person who it believes has tampered with the entry process or any other component of the Promotion, whose conduct or action affects the administration, security or fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, or who fails to meet or abide by the Promotion Rules. l. The Long Center for the Performing Arts does not assume any responsibility for tampering, theft, defects, viruses, human errors including negligence, deletions, technical or telephone, computer line, network, server, access providers, computer equipment or software problems, undeliverable messages, computer errors, lost, misdirected, late or incomplete Entries or inaccurate capture of information or any online difficulties that may result in damage or malfunction to the computer equipment or the failure of The Long Center to process any entry and otherwise award any Reward. Nor is responsibility assumed for printing errors appearing in these rules or related Promotion materials. In addition, The Long Center will not assume any responsibility of any nature whatsoever in all cases where their inability to hold the Promotion or to remit the Rewards to the winners results from a cause beyond the control of The Long Center, including acts of God and weather conditions. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should an attempt be made, The Long Center reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
